Architectural Concept Design
The architectural concept is the first and most important stage of the design process, reflecting the client’s vision and needs. At this stage, we create different design options that meet functional, aesthetic and economic requirements.
Analysis of customer needs and wishes
We meet with the client to understand their wishes, requirements and vision for the future project. This analysis includes a discussion of preferences for style, functionality and specific requirements such as environmentally friendly or energy efficient solutions.
Research of project site and context
We carry out a thorough study of the site, including its physical, environmental and legislative characteristics. We analyse the environmental context, neighbouring buildings and infrastructure, and climatic conditions. This study is the basis for creating a concept that harmonises with the environment and meets all requirements.
Development of conceptual options
We create several conceptual options that reflect different approaches to the design and functionality of the project. Each option can be visualized through sketches, plans and 3D models to allow the client to envision the future project. These options incorporate innovative solutions and advanced technologies that meet current standards and trends in architecture.
Choosing the optimal solution
Together with the client, we evaluate and discuss the conceptual options presented. If necessary, we make adjustments and refinements to achieve the optimal solution that meets all the requirements and wishes of the customer. Once approved, the concept serves as the basis for the detailed design and development of the project.
