Architectural design
The Architectural design includes all stages from the development of a conceptual design to the creation of working drawings and specifications. Our goal is to ensure high quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Early design
At this stage, we develop the approved architectural concept into more detailed drawings and renderings. The early design includes the development of the general plans, layouts and elevations in accordance with the regulatory requirements and client requirements. We present the project to the client for approval before moving on to the next stages.
Technical project
At this stage, projects are developed for obtaining a Building Permit for the architecture part and all necessary engineering specialties, in accordance with Ordinance No. 4 ON THE CONTENTS AND CONTENTS OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS:

We include detailed room plans, sections, elevations, details and specifications of materials and equipment. We ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and technical requirements.
Coordination with engineers
We work in constant coordination with all engineers to select the best solution for systems and facilities. We hold regular meetings and checks to coordinate design decisions.
Working drawings and schematics
We prepare detailed working drawings that contain all the necessary data for the execution of the project. These schematics include the development of additional plans, sections, details and specifications of all building elements. The working drawings are used by the construction engineers and workers for accurate and quality execution of the project.
Approvals and consents
We offer a service for approvals with the necessary competent authorities and institutions. We prepare documentation and submit the necessary applications.
Supervision
We offer supervision and control during construction to ensure the exact implementation of project solutions. We regularly visit the site and check the quality of the construction work. We resolve issues and problems on the spot. We maintain constant communication with all construction participants.
