The complex of three single-family houses is located in a small village near the town of Razlog. The place is peaceful, revealing the beautiful views of the peaks of Pirin Mountain.
Main idea – Creating a home in which the connection with nature is the guiding principle. Creation of spaces for various outdoor activities – games with children, sports, recreation, fun.
The property is situated on the outskirts of the village, bordered on two sides by a street from which pedestrian and vehicular access is gained to each house. A guiding factor in the siting of the buildings is finding a balance between privacy and a sense of belonging to a group of people in a complex.
Each of the houses has its own courtyard with different areas for passive and active rest, nestled in rich vegetation. Private entrance area with two outside parking spaces for cars and a garage for one car.
The house consists of two above-ground levels.
First level – Entrance to the house and entrance hall, to the northeast, from which you enter a common space with living room, dining room and kitchen, oriented to the south and west.
From the living room there is access to a spacious south terrace with barbecue with connection to the courtyard. There is a storage room next to the kitchen. From the entrance hall there is access to two north-west facing bedrooms with shared bathroom and toilet.
Access to the second floor is via a staircase from the entrance hall.
Second Level – There is one bedroom oriented to the northwest, a bathroom and toilet and a study oriented to the west. The remainder is a usable roof terrace accessible from the hallway.
The south exposure of the roof terrace is favorable for the separation of an area with Jacuzzi, as a place for relaxation with beautiful views of nature.
The external appearance of the buildings is in harmony with nature, achieved through a selected combination of several facade materials. Natural stone and wood cladding combined with mineral render and highlighting details with dark etalbond for contrast.
