Detailed Development Plans (DDP)
Detailed Development Plans (DDPs) are an important tool for planning and regulating urban areas. They define the basic parameters and rules for building, land use and infrastructure development in a given area.
Analysis and survey
Prior to the commencement of the development of the Detailed Development Plans, we undertake a thorough analysis and survey of the existing site. We include an analysis of land use, land ownership, environmental and social aspects, and available infrastructure. This data is the basis for the preparation of the plan.
Development of the plan
The development of the master plan includes the creation of detailed drawings and documentation that define the development areas, transport infrastructure, green areas and public spaces. We plan and allocate functional areas (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.) in accordance with the needs of the community and the requirements of the client.
Zoning and regulations
Zoning lines shall be included in the Detailed Development Plans to define the boundaries of the parcels and their uses. We determine the density of construction, the height of buildings and other parameters that ensure harmonious and sustainable development of the territory. Zoning includes the designation of areas for green space, parks, and public facilities.
Approvals and consents
We are preparing all necessary documents for approval of the Master Plan by the competent authorities. We ensure compliance with national and local regulatory requirements by working closely with municipalities and government institutions.
