The main design principle was to make each store self-contained and easily accessible by customers and suppliers. <\/p><p>The site on which the project was developed features significant vertical drop &#8211; a challenge in planning retail with direct access and separate loading.<\/p><p>The slope problems were overcome by specific installation of ramps and service areas. Parking was solved by a semi-underground parking supplemented by surface parking spaces at the entrance area. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62a8cf2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"62a8cf2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The concept envisages an external pedestrian passageway running in front of the shops.
